Mikee has been a GreenKids Environmental Educator with Nature Forward since 2025. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) with a degree in Environmental Engineering and spending a year in the industry, Mikee sought an impactful community-based career leading youth programs at Fairfax and Arlington County Parks. Now at Nature Forward, Mikee’s focused and adaptive teaching style fosters environmental stewardship in youth, promoting a greater appreciation for the natural world and a brighter future for all.

Mikee’s commitment to community engagement extends beyond the schoolyards, curating spaces to uplift local voices and preserving cultural identity with the art of Chinese lion dance.
