Brooke has been teaching in outdoor and informal settings since 2017. She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Environmental Science, and has been sharing her love and knowledge of nature with children ever since. Spending the school year with Nature Preschool and Summers as Camp Woodend’s Assistant Director, Brooke’s favorite thing to do at Woodend is getting outside and sharing her creativity with others. She enjoys reading, crochet projects, and doing collaborative art projects with the children. In her free time, Brooke goes out for walks, works in her garden, or uses an array of skills to create and wear costumes. She lives in Baltimore with her partner, Brad, and their cuddly cat, Carlton.
