Esö is one of the Maryland Climate Corps members at Nature Forward for the 2025-2026 program year. Growing up, she spent countless afternoons hiking, biking and playing soccer in Rock Creek Park. She is glad to be helping the restoration department as well as participating in many environmental educational outreach events in the D.C area.

Esö is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in General Biology and is planning on getting her Master of Science in Public Health after her service year.
