The Washington DC Christmas Bird Count, sponsored by Nature Forward, will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2026. The count circle covers most of the District, the eastern portion of Fairfax County, and all of Arlington County and Alexandria in Virginia, and parts of southern Montgomery County and western Prince William County in Maryland.
