Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a mindfulness practice that invites participants to slow down and use all of their senses to take in and connect with the natural world. This practice was developed in Japan in the 1980s as a response to burnout and stress in urban areas. Join certified Forest Bathing guide this fall, Ana Ka’ahanui, for a soothing exploration through the forests of Woodend. Dress for the weather and uneven outdoor terrain. Members $30; nonmembers $40.
