The Ward 8 Water Watchers program is in the Congress Heights neighborhood along Oxon Run in Washington, DC. Oxon Run is a long-neglected stream channel surrounded by beautiful parkland and a vibrant community excited to learn more about the stream and get involved in its restoration. Join us as a program participant or volunteer!
