A nature-themed birthday party at Woodend Nature Sanctuary is a perfect way to create a special memory for your child while also supporting Nature Forward’s conservation work.
Spend an hour and a half with a naturalist exploring the habitats of Woodend Nature Sanctuary and enjoying nature-themed activities and games, and bring your own party refreshments to enjoy afterward.
Birthday parties are held entirely outdoors, with access to the Teale Learning Center in case of inclement weather or to use the bathrooms. Nature Forward follows CDC guidelines regarding communicable diseases.

Party Timing
Saturdays or Sundays from 11:15 am-1:45 pm
- 11:15 – 11:30 host family sets up
- 11:30 – 1:30 birthday party
- 11:30 – 1:00 naturalist-led portion
- 1:00 – 1:30 family-led portion
- 1:30 – 1:45 host family clean up
Pricing
For up to 14 children: $280 for members; $330 for nonmembers.
Additional child: $15 per child up to a maximum of 18 children.

If your selected time or date is not available, the birthday party coordinator will reach out and you will be given the opportunity to reschedule, or cancel and be fully refunded minus the registration fee.
